Application of UV/LED Powder Top with cashmere effect:
Preparing nails for applying PNB UV/LED hybrid varnish: degrease the nail plate using Nail Dehydrator PNB, then apply the acid-free Bond Control PNB primer.
We apply one of the PNB hybrid bases: ExtraPRO Base, Base Coat, Base DeLuxe, Bio Base, Titanium Base, Top Coat 2 in 1. Polymerization time in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, in UV/LED lamps: 60 seconds. If necessary, remove any remaining stickiness with Gel Cleanser PNB.
Apply the colored PNB UV/LED hybrid varnish in 2 layers, polymerizing each of them.
Then apply a thin layer of Powder Top Cashmere effect PNB. Polymerization time in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, Dual UV/LED for 60 seconds.
After polymerization, remove the sticky layer with a cotton pad moistened with Gel Cleanser PNB.

To obtain a guaranteed effect, we recommend polymerizing the UV/LED Powder Top Cashmere effect PNB topcoat in UV or Dual UV/LED lamps.
When using light shades of hybrids, we recommend first applying a PNB fixer with a sticky dispersion layer: ExtraPRO Top, Top Coat, Titanium Base, Top Coat 2 in 1 and, without removing the adhesive layer, PNB Powder Top with cashmere effect , guaranteeing a perfect matte nail finish.
