In which areas do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within the Netherlands.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. This means that in that case you will usually receive your order the next (working) day.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will locate your item for you.

Returningen

Which items may be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used. Notify us immediately if an item is delivered damaged. You will then receive the full purchase amount of the item back.

How high are the shipping costs for the return?

The costs for returning items are usually €7.25 (PostNL), and are for your account, unless there are faulty or damaged products.
